Galbally goes live

The village of Galbally, Co, Limerick has gone live on our network. Broadband has been needed in the area for some time for both businesses and home users. Due to the geographic location of Galbally, located in a deep valley in the Glen of Aherlow, delivering wireless broadband to the area presented some interesting issues to overcome.

WTS Broadband are delighted to be able to offer high sped internet and low cost VOIP calls (Voice Over Internet Protocol) to the rural community of Galbally. Our network not only covers the village itself, but we have situated AP's (Access Points) in several strategic locations around the are to enable wireless broadband to extend out to the wider area.
